But no,I don`t think anyone ever bothers with underground BM bands, but it would be nice to see every once in a while.

Well, quite a friendly reply.
You're right about the more underground stuff not getting much attention. I have found one Craft tab on the doomish.com tab site. And some others elsewhere. But for some of the best and most innovative bands around to be ignored is just plain wrong. I'm sure even some of the most talented tabbers here would find it quite a rewarded challenge to attempt something like BAN or some of the others.

Well, it's obvious that Blut Aus Nord use fretless guitars, which was previously unheard of in black metal. Not sure how many other bands have followed this route now considering the black void like ethereal sounds they have created as a result. However, there are other elements that bands of this kind have been using for some time now, in particular, the off-kilter or almost out-of-tune (but still somehow perfect) sounding scales. Anyone have ideas as to some of the things they are playing with regards to this?

Yeah, there are fretless guitars. I hadn't heard of them until about a year ago as well. Here's just one of several websites I've found online.
