you can either hybrid pick it like Zakk Wylde or mute the d string.
Personnaly Id fret the 7 on the a string with my first finger, the 9 on the 9 with my 3rd finger, and let my first finger mute the d string, just let it lie flat against the D string so that when you play the 3 strings only the A and G strings and you cant hear the d string.

Alternativly you could pick the 7 on the a string with the plec and at the same time play the 9 on the g string with your 3rd (m) finger on yer picking hand.
